Google Sign-In and Google User Data
Prodigious Back Office is a private business-management application for approved Prodigious Technology Ltd. personnel. Authorized staff use it to manage clients, projects, tasks, staff records, payments, staff payments, expenses, and operational reporting.
We use Google sign-in solely to verify an approved user's identity and securely provide access to the application. The Google account information we receive is used only for authentication, account administration, profile display, and access control. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when required for security, support, legal compliance, or with the user's consent.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing) and are bound to protect your information.
- Authentication and infrastructure providers. With providers that support Google sign-in, application hosting, database storage, and security, only to the extent needed to operate Prodigious Back Office.

Managing or Revoking Google Access
You may revoke Prodigious Back Office's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future Google sign-ins but does not automatically delete information already stored by us.
